Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Needsstudying Heating & Air works and how we earn money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Needsstudying Heating & Air Is

Needsstudying Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation or any other heating and cooling work.

When you phone the number on this site or send in a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers near you.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Needsstudying Heating & Air for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The amount can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Business

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Needsstudying Heating & Air. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and the warranties it offers
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves toward you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a guarantee of that provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing reasons.
